I have all the ATP tennis data from 1877-2017 on a local PostgreSQL database, and from time to time I like to query some data about various things.

For example, I define noteworthy players to be players that have won at least 1 Grand Slam event and also at least 1 Masters series event. (Unfortunately Juan Martin Del Potro doesn't fall under this strict definition, having never won a Masters series event.)

Note: The Masters/Grand prix series didn't start until 1970. From 1970-1989 it was called the Grand Prix circuit, and from 1990-current it is called the ATP Master series (with various variations).
